Why does SurroSenseRx Link give an error when run?

Symptoms

  • An error message appears when SurroSense Rx Link is run

Resolution

  1. Close the SurroSense Rx Link application
  2. Ensure that the smartwach and charging clip are firmly connected
  3. Plug the smartwatch into the computer using the USB charging cable
  4. Give the watch about 30 seconds time to install the device driver on the computer
  5. Launch the SurroSense Rx Link application. Does the application recognize the smartwatch?
    • If no, there may be an issue with the smartwatch. Please contact Orpyx Customer Care
