- An error message appears when SurroSense Rx Link is run
- Close the SurroSense Rx Link application
- Ensure that the smartwach and charging clip are firmly connected
- Plug the smartwatch into the computer using the USB charging cable
- Give the watch about 30 seconds time to install the device driver on the computer
- Launch the SurroSense Rx Link application. Does the application recognize the smartwatch?
- If no, there may be an issue with the smartwatch. Please contact Orpyx Customer Care
