How do I change the time on my smartwatch?

Symptoms

  • The smartwatch shows the incorrect time

Resolution

  1. Connect the smartwatch to the computer using the USB charging cable
  2. Ensure that the computer shows the correct time
  3. Once the smartwatch is connected, the time will re-sync
  4. If the time does not reset, you can manually enter the correct time on the smartwatch
    • Wake up the smartwatch using the top left side button
    • Press the Menu button
    • Press the Setup button
    • Press the Time/Date button
    • Manually change the time to the correct time and press the "next" button
    • Press the top side button to return to the foot map

    I was trying to set the time on my Smart watch connected to my computer, but it did not sync with the time. I do not hsve a Menu button to use the procedure shown.

    Hello Lionel,

    Once you wake up your smart watch using the top left side button, the Menu button can be found in the bottom left corner of the Foot Map Screen. 

    Once you find and press this Menu button, the remaining steps above should allow you to set the time on your smartwatch.

    If you are already on the screen with the Foot Map | Help | Setup | Connect buttons, you can skip straight to pressing the Setup button and follow the steps above from this point on.

    how do I change from am to pm on my dz09 smart watch

    Hello Johanna,

    This is a different model of watch than the one being sold as part of the SurroSense Rx device and thus I am not familiar with its settings.

    Hello Johanna,
    You have to go to 24 hour setting and set the time from there and you'll get the AM/PM function correct eg... 1 pm would be 13:00 .
