- No data is present in Orpyx Connect
- Log in to Orpyx Connect and click on the "My Devices" tab. Is your device present?
- If not, you will need to register your device. Follow the instructions to register a new device.
- If the screen reads "No Data Available", the smartwatch does not contain data. Reconnect the system and try to upload data again after at least 1 hour of wear.
