Why is there no data in my Orpyx Connect account?


  • No data is present in Orpyx Connect 


  1. Log in to Orpyx Connect and click on the "My Devices" tab. Is your device present?
    • If not, you will need to register your device. Follow the instructions to register a new device.
  2. Once your device is registered, connect your smartwatch to the computer
  3. When SurroSenseRx Link pops up there should be a "Sync Data" button
    • If the screen reads "No Data Available", the smartwatch does not contain data. Reconnect the system and try to upload data again after at least 1 hour of wear.
  4. If you are still unable to upload data, contact Orpyx Customer Care
