How do I register my smartwatch?

Symptoms

  • "Smartwatch not registered" message shown during data upload
  • No data present in Orpyx Connect account

Resolution

  1. Log in to your Orpyx Connect account
  2. On the "My Devices" tab, enter your device serial number and click "Add Device"
  3. If you are still receiving the "smartwatch not registered", please contact Orpyx Customer Care
