You will need to bring your Orpyx SI sensory insoles out of hibernate mode. Insert the end of the USB cable into the power adaptor, which plugs directly into an electrical outlet. Before putting your insoles into your shoes, lay your insoles on a flat surface.
Align the magnetic USB cable with the exposed port on the heel of the insoles. Ensure there is a strong connection between the magnetic USB cable and port on the heel. Allow the insoles to be connected for approximately 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, unplug the USB cable from the heel.
Your Orpyx SI sensory insoles are made to fit inside your diabetic or walking shoes. First, remove the existing insole or sock liner from your shoes. With walking shoes, the sock liners may need to be removed.
Place the appropriate left and right Orpyx SI sensory insoles into each shoe and run your hand over the entire insole to ensure that the insole is lying flat. It is recommended that you wear your insole system with the shoes that have been fitted by a professional.
To start using your Orpyx SI system, put on your shoes and apply pressure by standing and walking. This will “wake up” the system and re-establish a wireless connection to your mobile application.
If a connection does not occur, ensure your Orpyx SI sensory insoles are fully charged and paired to the mobile application. Press “Help” in the mobile application for “Charging Your Insoles” and/or “Pairing Your Insoles” and make sure Bluetooth is enable on your mobile device.
Start the mobile application on your smartphone by tapping the Orpyx SI icon.
