Setting up your Orpyx Sensory Insole system Follow
STEP 1
You will need to bring your Orpyx Sensory Insoles out of hibernate mode. Insert the end of the USB cable into the power adaptor, which plugs directly into an electrical outlet.
Place the wireless charging pods on the flat area of the heel cups. The LED light will turn solid green to indicate it is successfully charging, which may take up to 10 seconds. If the LED light continues to blink, a charging connection has not been made and the pod needs to be repositioned in the flat area of the heel cup.
STEP 2
Your Orpyx Sensory Insoles are made to fit inside your diabetic or walking shoes. First, remove the existing insole or sock liner from your shoes.
Place the left and right Orpyx Sensory Insoles into the appropriate shoe and run your hand over the entire insole to ensure that the insole is lying flat. It is recommended that you wear your insole system with the shoes that have been fitted by a professional.
STEP 3
Start the mobile application on your digital display by tapping the Orpyx SI icon.
STEP 4
To start using your Orpyx Sensory Insole system, put on your shoes and apply pressure by standing and walking. This will “wake up” the system and re-establish a wireless connection to your digital display.
If a connection does not occur, ensure your Orpyx Sensory Insoles are fully charged and paired to the digital display. Please refer to page 14 in the Instructions for Use Manual for “Charging Your Orpyx Sensory Insoles” and page 11 for “Mobile Application Settings” to ensure your Bluetooth is enabled on your digital display device.
