An overview of 'High Pressure' alerts

You received a high pressure detected notification. 

     

This alert indicates that sustained, high pressure levels have been detected underfoot. When this notification is displayed, you can tap on the notification which will take you to the foot map screen. For guidance on how to offload pressure, tap “Help” in the bottom of the mobile application.

If high pressures are not offloaded effectively, the alert will be re-issued every hour until the pressure on the foot is offloaded successfully.
