If you have received insole refills, you will need to pair your Orpyx SI sensory insoles with the mobile application.
Enter the corresponding eight digit serial numbers for each insole by tapping the left and right boxes. Only input the eight digit numbers and do not input the dash (-).
The insole serial numbers can be found on the label attached to the bottom of each insole (as shown below). They can also be found on the label in the shipping container and the inside of the back page of the Instructions for Use Manual. Please store this label in a safe place for future reference.
Tap “Connect my insoles” on the bottom of the screen.
When the serial numbers are entered correctly, and the mobile application is able to find your insoles, the boxes will highlight teal indicating successful pairing.
If the serial numbers were inputted incorrectly or the mobile application is unable to find your insoles, the boxes will highlight red indicating that it was unable to pair.
Please ensure you have entered the correct eight digit serial numbers with no dash (-), and the insoles are connected to power.
When you have successfully paired your insoles, you will need to name them. Enter your initials and tap “Complete Setup”. On the “Device Setup” screen, tap on “Ok”.
