To access your settings, tap the settings icon in the top right-hand corner of the mobile application.
In settings, you can sign out of your account, view/add paired insoles, and change advanced settings.
If you have previously paired insoles, they will be listed in the “Paired Insoles” screen.
To add new insoles, tap the “Add Insoles” button in the lower right-hand corner.
Adding new insoles will replace your current paired insoles.
Within your Advanced Settings, you have the ability to put your connected insoles in Hibernate Mode.
You will not receive alerts when the system is put into hibernate mode.
To disable hibernate mode, insert the end of the charger’s USB cable into the power adaptor, which plugs directly into an electrical outlet.
Place the wireless charging pods in the center of the heel cups. The LED light will turn solid green to indicate it is successfully charging, which may take up to 10 seconds. If the LED light continues to blink, a charging connection has not been made and the pod needs to be repositioned in the center of the heel cup.
Allow the wireless charging pods to be connected to the insoles for approximately 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, remove the wireless charging pods from the heel cups as they are now out of hibernate mode.
Within the Advanced Settings, you have the ability to Change the Pressure Map style to Pins or Color.
