How to charge your Orpyx Sensory Insoles Follow
The Orpyx Sensory Insoles have a state of the art wireless charging system and extended battery life. Since usage can vary greatly, typically the insoles will need to charge once or twice a week. For detailed information on how to charge your insoles, please refer to page 14 (Charging Your Orpyx Sensory Insoles) in the Instructions for Use Manual.
STEP 1
Insert both ends of the cables into the power adaptor, which plugs directly into an electrical outlet. The green LED light will start blinking on the wireless charging pods when plugged in.
STEP 2
Put your insoles into your shoes. Place the wireless charging pods onto the flat areas of the insoles’ heel cups. The LED light will turn solid green to indicate it is successfully charging, which may take up to 10 seconds. If the LED light continues to blink, a charging connection has not been made and the pod needs to be repositioned in the heel cup.
It will take approximately six to eight hours to recharge when the batteries are completely depleted, so it is recommended they are charged overnight. During charging, the LED may blink as part of the charging cycle, which is normal behavior.
STEP 3
To ensure that your Orpyx Sensory Insoles are charging, open the Orpyx mobile application on your digital display and make sure that the lightning bolt appears in the battery icon as shown below.
Check the charging icon displayed on the digital display screen for the charging status. You will receive a notification when your insoles are fully charged and the battery level on the “My Feet” screen is full. When your insoles are fully charged, remove the wireless charging pods.
You will not receive alert notifications while your device is charging.
Do not wear your device when it is charging.
