An overview of the alerts patients receive

Alerts the patient will receive through the Orpyx SI app which is either downloaded on their personal smartphone or through the Orpyx digital display. These are different than the Action Required Flags that clinical staff members review through the Dashboard.

Insoles Disconnected: Phone/display device is out of range

Low Battery: Battery is below 20%

Sustained High Pressure: Pressures over 35 mmHg for a sustained period of time will generate an alert
