What operating system needs to be running on the phone in order to have app work?

Android devices need to run 8.0 or newer.

iPhone devices need to run iOS 10.1 or newer.

If the patient's phone is not compatible, we will provide a digital display at no charge. Ideally, this should be determined prior to ordering the insoles so the device can be setup and shipped at the same time.
