Step 1: From the 'Dashboard' Home Page, click 'Add Patient'. If the Patient already exists, search for the Patient and click into the Patient to be brought to the Patient Overview and skip to Step 4.
Step 2: Fill out the Patient Form and click 'Create'.
Step 3: Once the Patient is created, you will be brought to the Patient Overview.
Step 4: Within the Patient Overview, click 'Upload Media'.
Step 5: A popup will appear, giving you choices for types of media. Select 'Take a Scan' which will open the Scanner App. Make sure the scanner is charged and connected.
Step 6: Begin Scanning. Use the 'Show Advanced' sliders to position the depth of field of the scanner, and then begin moving slowly around the subject. When you have sufficient coverage from the scan, click the 'Stop', 'Box' icon.
Step 7: Preview the scan and either Discard to Rescan, or click Save.
Step 8: Give the app a few seconds for the scan to appear under 'Patient Media'.
Step 9: Now that the Patient Scans are saved to the Patient Profile, you can place your order 1 of two ways. You can 1) click 'Add Order' in the ipad App or 2) navigate to the Patient at the Web Portal (clinic.fusiform.co) and create an Order.
Step 10: When you click 'Add Order' within the Patient, you will be prompted to select the Product Offering based on Vendor. Select the Product so that it highlights blue, and click 'Create'.
Step 11: Upon creating the Order, you will be brought to the 'Order Overview'. The Order will display the 'Device', the 'Vendor', and the 'Patient' info.
Step 12: Click 'Open Form' to be brought to the Vendor's Order Form. Fill out the form in full. Once all Form Requirements have been completed, you can click 'Submit' at the bottom of the form.
Step 13: During the Form filling, you will probably be prompted to 'Attach' a Scan from the Patient. This will allow you to access all historical Scans/Media from the Patient Profile.
Step 14: Once the order is submitted, you should be brought back to the 'Order Overview' where you will now see your attached Scans, the Order is 'Pending' and has been 'Sent to Vendor'.
Step 15: You can continue to monitor the order status at clinic.fusiform.co
