To access offloading pressure instructions, FAQs, and customer care information, tap the Help button in the bottom-center of the mobile application.
To access your settings, tap the settings icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the mobile application.
In settings, you can log out of your account and view/add your paired insoles.
If you have previously paired insoles, they will be listed in the “My Insoles” screen.
To add new insoles, tap the “Add or Replace Insoles” button at the bottom of the mobile application.
Adding new insoles will replace your current paired insoles.
