To access offloading pressure instructions, FAQs, and customer care information, tap the Help button in the bottom of the mobile application.
To access your settings, tap the Settings icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the mobile application.
In Settings, you can log out of your account, enable/disable reminder notifications and view/add your paired insoles.
The default setting provides a pressure alert once per hour if a high pressure area is present. If you want to receive more frequent alerts, enable the reminder notifications by tapping the button on the right. When reminder alert notifications are enabled, you will receive a reminder notification for a pressure alert every 3 minutes until the pressure is offloaded.
If you have previously paired insoles, they will be listed in the “My Insoles” screen. To add new insoles, tap the “Add or Replace Insoles” button at the bottom of the mobile application.
Adding new insoles will remove the previously listed insoles.
