Maintenance and cleaning your Orpyx SI Sensory Insoles

A. ORPYX® SI MAINTENANCE

The Orpyx SI sensory insoles have a state of the art wireless charging system and extended battery life. Since usage can vary greatly, typically the insoles will need to charge once or twice a week. It will take approximately six to eight hours to recharge when the batteries are completely depleted, so it is recommended they are charged overnight. For additional guidance on how to charge your system, please refer to section 14 in the Instructions for Use Manual.

To clean Orpyx SI sensory insoles, gently wipe with a damp cloth, or disinfectant wipe as needed or on a monthly basis.

B. ORPYX® SI SENSORY INSOLES REPLACEMENT

Your insoles will need to be replaced after every four months or at your healthcare practitioner’s discretion (which could be up to 3 times per year). 

C. DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE AND ACCESSORIES

There are no user repairable components in Orpyx SI sensory insoles, or its accessories. The system and its accessories contain batteries and/or electronics. Please dispose of the device and its accessories properly in accordance with all local and national regulations.

D. The Orpyx SI sensory insole system contains electronics and batteries. Similar to other consumer electronics they could be damaged if mishandled. They should not be handled by pets or young children. The insoles are sealed and are not susceptible to pests.
