How to setup an Orpyx account

An Orpyx® account is required to access the Orpyx Dashboard.

If you are looking to speak to a Sales representative or have general inquiries about the Orpyx Sensory Insole system, please fill out the following form General Inquires.

To complete the New Account Set Up Form, please:

• Complete the New Account Set Up form: https://www.orpyx.com/new-account-setup-form or request a form by emailing: [e-mail]
• If you have not completed a Customer Service Agreement your Sales representative will reach out to you as this must be completed prior to authorizing Dashboard access.
• If you have questions about your Customer Service Agreement or need assistance completing the New Account Set Up form, please reach out to your Sales representative at [e-mail].

Once Dashboard access has been granted, your login credentials will be sent by [e-mail] to the email addresses specified in the completed form.
