An overview of a patient's activity log

1. The “Activity Log” at the bottom of the page shows all comments and actions taken (incl. associated time) in the current month for this patient.
2. User can download PDF report by click on report icon for each entry in the log
3. Activity Log PDF Report can be run which downloads the comments and it captures the data on the dashboard at that time.

* Important: For every new patient, document in the activity log the date the insoles were dispensed as the first comment.
